Meet Charles Dow

I have dedicated my career to public and now private service of my community. I am a graduate of Washington State University, and graduated from law school at the University of Denver while also obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Studies from the University of Denver. I attended those courses as an evening student, while also working full time in Denver. I practiced as a felony prosecutor in Colorado before returning back to the Tri-Cities to serve here.

The Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution upholds the right of everyone to an attorney in criminal proceedings. My firm is dedicated to Sixth Amendment Excellence, no matter the client’s financial situation. With experience as a prosecutor for several years, I am able to provide insight into case evaluations and evidentiary issues from that perspective while focusing on my client’s rights and well-being.
